Several months in the making, The Little Gallery Guide 2022 has finally landed. Packed with the best art galleries, craft centres, artist studios and craft fairs, it's a great travel companion to accompany a trip throughout Wales and our English borders.
Complete with an illustrated map, each venue is captured through the eyes of artist Jantien Powell, https://www.littlegalleryguide.com/gallery-map A tutor at her art studio in Abergavenny, Chapel Cottage Studio, Jantien is well known for her depictions of Welsh landscapes, seascapes and rural life. Jantien is also the illustrator of children's book 'Red Sky at Night', published by Pegasus and 'Within a Mile', a book centred around her local area, Llanddewi Rhydderch nrear Abergavenny in South Wales. In print from the 10th of January, 20,000 of our A6 pocket guides will be distributed throughout the venues involved and other selected places such as creative cafes, tourist information centres and selected boutique hotels. We will be listing these once they have been delivered.
The majority of the creative venues involved in the guide have their own websites and every advertiser has at least one social media page. However, to make it easier for our readers, we've not only made each advert interactive by linking their pages to their advert but we've also listed their key details on our dedicated directory page. Whilst we will be shouting all about these amazing spaces throughout the year, it is wise to also follow their own social media pages and check each website for opening times before you visit. In these current times, as we all know too well, these things can change!
